how do you use a website without an internet connection?

Posted by Import on Aug-29-2006 15:23:

Argh meant to say, if you do have a internet connection, which kinda ruins the whole idea of having a locater

Windows Live is awesome. This is MS innovation at it's best.

I really agree with you here. I have seen a great improvement in their free services since they started the Live campaign.

I'm not a fan of the live thing. Ever since it went "live" my hotmail is nearly impossible to log into.

I've seen some of the stuff MS is coming out with though in the future and WoW!! (my sis in law works for em)

Yeah it's pretty cool - I have it as my homepage at work - getting all the day's news quickly is quite convenient as soon as you get in

Thanks Ray Ozzie

shit, i forgot, this is 2006, an age when all internet connections are via wifi hotspots.

that goddamn fucking stupid american syndrome has cursed me again

I'm at a friends in an app't building in the High Park area. I'm leaching off an unsecured wireless connection right now. On my road trip to the maritimes this summer, unsecured hotspots were plenty along the way, and I discovered most higher-end motels and inns offer free internet, and all I need to do was park on the street, and voila. Yeah it's a matter of time before ppl smarten up, or microshaft makes it easier to password their networks, but times are good right now.

Googling free wireless hotspots locator will give plenty of search engines.
