ID Human Traffic movie sample?

Hi guys!

Wondering if anyone could possibly ID a tune from the film Human Traffic. The film is circa '99. I fell in love with the tune at the time. I bought the sound track but it wasn't on it. The sample is short and sweet so hopefully it is enough.
