New label looking for artists

Hi All

We're a new London based digital label, Aduro Dance. We should be launching around mid September, but we are still looking for new artists to fill our roster.

Basically Aduro Dance is the label, but we will have the following sub-labels:

Aduro Hard - Hard dance
Aduro Trance - uplifting / tech / progressive
Aduro Funky - funky / vocal / electro

So if you or a mate has a demo that they'd like to submit, PM us for the details, as well as an Artist info document.

Keep well

Aduro Dance

would be nice if we had some more reference like already signed artists and records and at least a good working website?

Fair enough. I understand what you are saying.

We're a new label, so its kind of a catch 22 for you then. Wait till around mid September when we go live then. I'll post it here.

Thanks for the post though.

Aduro

Are you planning to sign people and then never contact them after it or even pay them like Real music Recordings?

??? Sorry if yoo are so jaded with the industry. We're definitely not our to do anyone in. If you, or anyone on this board is seriously interested, we're an open book to serious enqiries. So pm me your email address and I'll send you all our info.

We're just a small start up label, offering a good deal (we think) trying to provide a platform to new and up 'n coming artists.

Treat us with suspiscion, that's your right... but keep an eye out for us...

new digital only labels tend to upset a lot of people. i can understand why, but i dislike the fact that a lot are so quick to rip them apart before hearing what they have even planned on releasing.

there are a lot of digital labels that take 'also rans' that armada etc wont touch cos there is fresher/better stuff available. and these labels have tainted the reputation of new labels.

just keep at it. win the negitive people over with storming releases - thats what 101 recordings intend once up and running soon.

Yeah, you're right. We've had quite a number of people pm us on this site, and all seem happy with us when we give them more info etc.

BTW good luck with 101. I'll keep an eye out for it.

that is not true at all, atleast not in my case. are you a real music artist who hasn't been payed nor contacted? or is this just something you have heard or made up?

Ive been hearing similar cases like this with not only real music but also another big label
