Another one bites the dust

It's difficult to work where I do. I work at a retirement home and tonight a lady died, she was having difficulty breathing in her suite and we called 911 straight away. But when they brought her through the lobby he face was covered in blood b/c they gave that "adrenline" shot and punchered her rib cage and it was so discusting. And she died on the way to the hospital.

this is not possible, if you hit bone (which is what the rib cage is) it will not cause blood to come out of your mouth, story is so melodramatic its not funny
