Question MTV background tune

I keep hearing this tune used more and more, usually on MTV during their own commercials like when they show Tour Dates and Upcoming Artists.

The beat is very slow, very ambient, it's got no lyrics and just a few beats going and going (almost in repetition).

Anyone have a clue?!
