Oldschool Goa

I simply love that old school goa sound!

Well I am not absolutly sure that it is old goa...

I am talking about artists like Man With No Name and Chris Cowie (aka. De Niro & X-Cabs)

Can anyone please recommend more songs that sound like them!?

P.S. Are they old school goa?

Chris Cowie is not old skool goa.

Some oldskool goa producers:

Astral Projection
Eat Static
MFG
California Sunshine
Green Nuns Of The Revolution
Transwave
Shakta

just to name a few :P

What are some artists that sound like him?

And since everybody beat me to it, I'll just nod my head in agreement to the two previous lists.

Except The Muses Rapt. Hardly really goa.

I should correct myself.

Do you know anyone that sounds like Man With No Name or Chris Cowie?

Be careful with Hallucinogen. There's his stuff from the Goa era, with Acid Killer and the like, but then there's the Converting Vegetarians stuff which is much more modern psy.

I'd also look into Christopher Lawrence's stuff. There are a lot of tracks that sound a lot like old 90's Goa. Rush Hour comes to mind.

I can't say much for most of his stuff, but Christopher Lawrence - Rush Hour is an incredible goa-influenced track that sounds like 90's Goa.

converting vegetarians is an album made by infected mushroom.

So it is. I get those two confused a lot for some reason.
