dear sir/madam;

Your email appears to have been routed incorrectly to our admissions department for national, english-speaking students. I have forwarded your application to our overseas student administration department and they will be in touch with you shortly.

In the mean-time, could you forward your full address including your country of origin to our foriegn languages department - for I fear we have made no provision in our curriculum for your native tongue, and have been unable to discern this information from your email.
