Whos up for Love Lee?

Wasssup. So who is all going to the love lee party on the 22nd? Is it 21 and over? Oh and is there gonna be a Meetup or not? Im down to meet some fellow TA's.

HEY I'm knew to these boards, I'm about to transfer as a junior to Stanford so I'm gonna be within reach of the Bay Area for the next 2-3 years.

Just gotta say, Lee Burridge is someone who I've wanted to see for a very long time, and this is my FIRST WEEKEND THERE. Holy crap...get to school just in time for Lee + Love Festival the next day.

what's the easiest way to get from Palo Alto to San Francisco, by the way? I won't have my own car...

from palo alto you have to take caltrain or samtran directly to sf, or to the daly city bart station. btw congrats on getting into stanford

THere are trip planners around use them.

It's tricky because you might be able to make it on some things because it's Friday night, but getting back might be the bitch part.

Some of the services don't run on weekends.

Easiest way to get from there (Palo Alto, right?) is to go to the Palo Alto Caltrain Station and catch a train to SF that Friday night. Then catch a cab to Mezzanine. It's like a 5 minute drive away.

wow, thanks for the info. I'm looking forward to starting, gonna be a big change from my previous school (US Naval Academy) and a HUGE upgrade in nightlife quality from where I live (Houston, TX, which has some good events but they're usually few and far between).

So far I know of Mezzanine, Ten15, and Ruby Skye as big clubs with a lot going on. Where else should I pay attention to, where can I go if I'm interested in not quite as large a venue for the night (smaller clubs, bars, lounges, etc)?

edit: and no I didn't leave the navy because of "don't ask don't tell" policy or anything, I'm a big fan of the ladies. I ended up getting injured, collapsing a lung, and getting medically disqualified as a result.

venues i like are 1015, ruby skye, mezzanine, mighty, the end up, bambuddha lounge, dna lounge, anu lounge and paradise lounge. also if you like ladies, stay home on sunday nights

Hey, I'm gonna be there. I'm staying in a hotel only a block from where the party is happening. But, none of the people in my group are going to this on Friday. It would be cool to meet up with some new TA faces.

is anyone by chance going to be driving to this who could swing by and collect me from Stanford/Palo Alto? Would be much nicer than relying on caltrain
