Paul Van Dyk - Autumn (Please Help)

Right,

This one has been buggin me for a while now:

This tune is awesome.. one of PVD's best imo.. great upflifting Vocal rift with some really nice melodic sounds.

Am i right in thinking that a full unmixed version of this has never been released?

I have googled to death and also Discogs but cant seem to find it being released anywhere.

Only version on Vonyc is a cut from POD 1.

Can anyone shine some light on the situation.

Cheers

Yes, I'm sure he'll release it because some random guy asks him to.

He won't ask him to release it, he'll ask him why he didn't release it.

Legal issues, as far as I remember. Unless I'm thinking of some other track...

Edit:
Or maybe because it was "inspired" by Autumn Tactics.

I think I read somewhere that Paul made this as a remix of Autumn Tactics but it never got released due to copyright reasons.

I really don't see what the fuss is over.

Dunno, but that's what I read. But isn't it the same deal as with Ferry's bootleg remix of BT's Force of Gravity and yet it is on Ferry's Passport CD.

This was the last track from PvD that I liked.

Yeah. BT liked it too but for some reason it didn't get released.
