Help ID an early trance track
Hi all, a newbie here hoping somebody in this forum can help me identify the artist and/or song title behind this track.
It was played in the Hacienda, Manchester and the Warehouse, Leeds around '89,'90 and '91. The copy i got was recorded on to tape by the DJ himself though no track titles were present.
I have been trying for years to find out it's identity, clues given in '94 suggested it may be Leftfield or A Man Called Adam but since i've got every vinyl they did the track is not among them. A React 2 Rhythm mix sounds very similar but i've only got their debut album and none of the others.
Anyway, enough of my waffing. Please click the link below to listen to the sample.

Somebody on this forum must recognize it.
Thankx in advance.
When its from that era I can sometimes help. But not this time, sorry man. It might help your search if you can possibly nail the year the tape was done by IDing some of the other tracks on it (though that could be a mission too!). Good luck mate!
Cheerz for reply m8, The only other track i know off that was on the tape was the DJ's own mix of LEFTFIELD - NOT FORGOTTEN (pretty neat aswell), i know that was released in '91, as for the others they too were unknowns. The DJ (like most) specialised in foreign imports and usually used new samples, mixes etc to re-vamp the old tracks, though i don't think he did re-mix the track i'm looking for so the track i'm looking for must have been released/recorded around '89, '90 and '91 so that's all i've got to go on with. I did hear it played in the Hacienda but can't remember the year, things were hazy back then as i'm sure you'll understand
.
The track i've upload is a cut down version, 3 mins off start and 'bout 5 mins at the end though do get repeated through the track so didn't see point uploading the lot!. I'm gonna need a plenty of luck with this one, NOBODY has ever heard it before .
I've recently been told that it sounds like a People Of 'O' mix but i can honestly say i've never heard of them and cannot find anything anywhere about them. Can somebody verify if they existed pleaz.
