Hey there,

This is one of my top favorite songs. Wish the vocals had been in here cause there really are no good remixes of this track. I always end up liking the original better...anyways...Really nice epic beginning...and I like the overall feel of the track, but then later it sounds like a totally different song.

But good prod...

Pretty nice work, dude.

Personally, i wouldn't even dare to remix Saltwater...

Secondly, you did a pretty good work overall mate, i like it, but it sounds like a whole different track to me!

Rikki: HI! Thanx for the comment . Well i did use fl studio and my pc what more could i say.

Akia: hi! I do not always produce for fun. But mostly.
Take care

marcusk: Thanx well i did not have them =( so i did in this way instead. I like the orginal track also but i just wanted to find something new in old things like this.

Rhythm: Thanx

Mycron: thanx mycron, to be honest. I was thinking over a long time if i really wanted to post this track but decided because i really liked the original that well. I can neve compare my tracs to opriginal. The version i give is my version not a better version.
Take care m8 and please pm me if you have some work that you may have going on. Cheers

Nicely done.

It's too short however.

Well Its not really in da mix friendly. The plan was never to do a long version actually even radio edt short on 3 minutes but made it to 4.13 instead.

Thanx for the comment.

Cheers.

thanks got it. and I liked a lot it's very nice even it's different from the original

Nice song. Considering you did it short cuz of a radio edit then I will not complaint about intros and outros. The song is very nice built but I love to hear a cool track with cool fx, in your mix I heard just a couple, I dunno, maybe if you could add some very nice filter fx combined with the delayed percussion you add to it will be superb.

That's all I got, pretty good work and quality is very nice too. Keep it up m8, I will love to hear the complete track tho.

Peace...

Technically speaking not bad at all.

I personally think the overall clarity is nice but the percussion isn't that great with regards to kick and clap/snare programming. Because of this, it makes it sound very eurodisco. Because of this the vocal I feel would fit in over this is more that of a wailing teenager than the luscious voice of the original (Enya I think, for those who don't know she used to be in Clannad where the original sample was lifted, but then I might be wrong...)

As I said, technically speaking a good job overall with a few minor bits but the feel and emotion conveyed in the original have been totally lost and further, they have not been replaced with something different. Still a lot of people seem to like it so that's cool.

You have some very promising skills though. Keep it up dude!

Cheers
