ID for a track off of dgmc nrg

hi
i made three short clips in mp3 format of a song ive been trying to ID for a long long time. any help would be immensely appreciated. is this one song or two? who is the artist? it is from a mysterious album labelled dgmc nrg 2001, of which i have id's almost every song but two.
