Benny Bennasi Fan Club

After this weekends stellar performance there is no other option but to start the Benny Benassi Fan Club!

We will be organizing field trips to go see Benny play all over the eastern sea board, and having a hot dog lunch with him, complete with McDonalds Orange Drink.

Ask Carney and Grinder for details they are Co-Presidents of the club!

This thread should be fun.

Where is Sasha when you need him

Posted by Abercrombie on Sep-07-2006 13:22:

The 1st time I've seen him at the guv, he was in his radio play prime almost 2 years ago. About 1/4 of the tracks he played were his, and yes, the productions he made with similar sound that brought him to the top. However, the last time I seen him earlier this year, the only track I heard him spin from his hayday was Illusion, and the rest were awesome tracks like other DJs spin, and a lot of his recent productions that sound absolutely nothing like he used to do. I believe that anyone who says his music all sounds the same, hasn't heard what he's produced in the last year and a half.

this guy sucks, so does his sound, the only thing that's good about him are his music videos which you mute and watch the ladies move.

I'd have to completely disagree. His new track selection was extremely good and perfect for closing for John Digweed. Most of his mixes were extremely good, and he seemed to have everyone dancing after the destruction Digweed left. But hey to each their own. I think he rocks, I'd love to see him back here. I thought both his sets were really good, I liked the mainroom one way more though.

I apologize to the Grinder, but Carney should be the soul President.

The Grinder can be his right hand man and main source of emotional support.

I'm a huge fan of his Benassi Bros project but never thought I'd like to see him live. His Guv set for Labour was pretty good. I was speechless.

Posted by m2j on Sep-07-2006 15:25:

unfortunately I missed Benny Benassi at Labour of Love... and I kinda regret it... but the next time he's here, I'm definitely going to try and make it out.

For those of you who are bashing him due to your dislike for his productions... have a listen to his dj sets before you pass judgement:

That will work perfectly with sending each one of its members one of the burgermeters that are in the commmercials.

Do they still make McDonald's orange drink?
