Sad I've Been Thieved!!!

Name says it all, ANY Nostrum would bring favors!!! Of course with the exceptions of 'Brainchild', 'Blowback', 'Trance on Ecstacy' etc...In particular, a live set as whole as possible. I had, at one point, what was known to me and anybody that cared to shake it as "My Nostrum CD". I 'napped' it back in the day before I knew what this "TRANCE-CONTROL" was even about. LOL AND NOW A WICKED WITCH OF THE NORTH HAS SWOOPED AND THIEVED!!!! To this day I probably couldn't even track the thing, didn't think I would ever have to. The one track that I miss the most was a super groovy, sorta dark (go figure), mega hooky and mildly repetitive track that has remained nameless. Folks, from one guy to whomever, THAT TRACK MADE MY CHEST EXPLODE, OK! I need it back so please help.

PS: Might have to dig deep. We could be talking mid to late 90's here. I think that he was spinning the above and the afore mentioned around

Read This! By design, the wisdom of the masses exceeds that of the indevidual........

......clearly that makes me an idiot. Listen, all I wanted to know is if there was anybody that had any Nostrum. The direction of this thread has taken a few interesting directions if one cared to look at it that way. Maybe some explanation is in order as it appears as though there are some that don't even know who "Nostrum" is. He is a "TRANCE DJ", and in my humble opinion one of the founding fothers. I just figured, given the name/theme of this web site, and I know that I am going out on a limb. Maybe, just maybe there might be, there might be some one here that likes "Trance" and could lend some insight/resorces towords me trying to re create my stolen Nostrum CD. What is so hard to grasp? Maybe it's that few can remember that far back. It was along time ago after all. Maybe the direction of the thread could be: "hey, who is Nostrum?...." or "...hey, if this dude is so jazzed about the dude then...." or "....Nostrum, wow, I remember him. His 1997 remix of Brainchild was the best! Everybody was spinning that...." or "Hey ya, what ever did happen to Nostrum....". Frankly I don't give a crap at this point although any one of the multitude of directions the discusion could take might be alright. I guess it all depends on your interpretation of "what the hell?" is. Now that I've explained this again I guess I have come to the conclusion that it must be me. Because I STILL don't get the hard part.

i believe he also played at a Destiny Party back in 2000/2001.. might be worth PM'ing OS2 to see if they had a tracklist for his set, in all likelihood containing those gems you've been long searching for ..

Genre trance
Affiliations Noom | Time Unlimited

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
With the Time Unlimited label since its inception in the late 1980's, Nostrum began his production career with smooth ambient and break-beat until developing his own individual style.

His music was to be classified as melodic hard trance with a deeply emotional relationship to his acid machine, the Roland TB303, which he uses in virtually all his productions. The End, Brainchild and Baby are some of his most popular releases.

He always manages to hit the nail on the head and to match the present "Zeitgeist" with his productions. Therefore it isn't surprising that his music is found on countless compilations (eg. "Techno Trax", "Trance Nation", "D-Trance", etc....).

If you are into trance and you don't know Nostrum by now, do yourself a favor and introduce yourself to one of the most highly acclaimed trance producers in the world. If you do know Nostrum, don't miss this rare opportunity to catch a master at work! You will not be disappointed.

99% of these nu skool cats, don't know Nostrum .... he was here for the Destiny Halloween Ascension event @ Atlantis. Nostrum is one BOD MON!

there were a million ways to get at what you wanted, you chose the worst one...
on the upside you write well...but you are lacking coherancy.

Dog Running AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Thank god!!!!! Where the hell were you guys yesterday!!!??? "E2EKIEL" YES!!!! I couldn't, and wouldn't after the cheep pasting I took yesterday, have said it better myself. And I dare say kudos on the style points, grasshopper has much to learn....It's amazing what 24 hours will do.....hmmmm But there seems to be this "Nut" that keeps hanging around.
My travels thus far have landed me many remixes of Brainchild, E-Motion, Melencholic Child, Brilliant, Night in Motion, Trance on Exstacy, walk and speak, Blow Back and Baby.....and oh yes....."the end" hehe....
But OH MAN! Somebody must have heard the same 'live recording" that I had. Must have been 97-98 and had most of the tracks that I mentioned. But it was that one develishly dark and filthy, mind blowing (all be it a little repetative) but didn't matter BECAUSE IT WAS SO DAMN GOOD, track!!!! Also damned if I'm going to hum it to yall. I just know that everybody including fuzzy bear there and with the exception of that "nut" back there would sh*t if they heard it.

AND YES, ANOTHER ONE OF THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF TRANCE AS WE KNOW IT, AND IT'S ALL ABOUT THE TRANCE

Monkey Dancer 2 Ital poisen............?

.......I'm going to go with, not only a resounding, but also an emphatic no on that one. Bare in mind that IS despite my uncertainty in the matter and, to be honest, I really can't back that up........
