Positive, encouraging things about the war in Irak and Afghanistan, only!

Wanted to make this thread because all you hear and watch on TV these days is negative. Terroists, bombings - ye, you know the rest. So what about making a thread where you can only say positive things about the war in Irak and Afghanistan. Say, 50 mio. people are freed from these 2 countries siden 2003. People have freedom of speech. They are not suppresed.
One rule: only positive postings.
Hope I made myself clear.

This rule should keep the thread short. Its only salvation is if some bypasses the rule. Like for instance, a "positive posting".

the war in Iraq was a very successful advertising campaign for Al Qaeda (even though they had nothing to do with Iraq) i'm sure they view the war in a very positive light considering how much it has bolstered the ranks of radical Islamic groups the world over

Its keeping our military on their toes so they can get some target practice and don't get rusty. Its also energizing a generation of soldiers upset about the handling of the military and running for office to see that it doesn't happen again.

It showed the region that these all powerful dictators are not Gods and can be removed.

American bases are now all over Iraq insuring its permeate strategic presence in the center of the Middle East.

Its jump-started an Islamic Reformation, forcing the region to look towards modernization and stop living in the Middle Ages.

Its started the process for companies like McDonalds and Coca-Cola to move their empires into a region previously forbidden to them.
