Amazing pic of tha moon!
The author have more amazing pics here. This one was selected as NASA Astronomy Picture of the Day today.

pics of the moon/stars always make me sentimental and contemplative. i need a hug.

wow. That is an amazing pic. Been a while since I've seen a shot like that.
My favourite thing to do is to go out in the bush, stare at clear night sky and see the stars, then wait for the sun to come up.
at WEMF late at nigth there was a beautiful star you could see in the firmament rigth over the tranceaddict stage, i remember been seating there on the grass in the back and wondering if the stage orientation had been purposedly arranged for that.
maybe swamper knows somethin' about that ?! :-)

It's Luna in Russian too.
Dima mona kate rob brian and i went to the meteor shower a few weeks back it was crazy cool
