I could never count the number of times I have spent staring up at the night sky watching the stars...I took first and second year Astronomy, I love learning about the subject, very interesting........looking up at the sky on a clear night somewhere up north is incredible, so pretty

wow. That is an amazing pic. Been a while since I've seen a shot like that.

My favourite thing to do is to go out in the bush, stare at clear night sky and see the stars, then wait for the sun to come up.

at WEMF late at nigth there was a beautiful star you could see in the firmament rigth over the tranceaddict stage, i remember been seating there on the grass in the back and wondering if the stage orientation had been purposedly arranged for that.

maybe swamper knows somethin' about that ?! :-)

i used to go camping up north quite a bit and there were countless nights where just staring at the sky was better than sleeping. we counted 137 shooting stars in one night.

tonight as a bunch of us were on the deck we noticed how awesome the moon was. plus we had a crazy lightning storm in guelph, so it was like double the fun

hey glad you guys liked it! :-)

i think Luna is derrived from Latin .. probably explains it

e.g. "Lunar", etc.

The term Luna (from Latin luna, lunae, also used in Russian, Italian, and Spanish) can refer to the Earth's Moon.
