I felt some aftershocks this morning.
edit: actually with the time zone Tampa had the quake at 10:56am, I was thinking it was at a different time, so I felt the actual quake.

i dont understand why this didnt cause a tsunami... does it have to do with currents? i mean 6.0 is nothing soft.
i felt something in my pants.
they blast dynamite almost everyday on the west side of i-75 and it feels like an earthquake
the house shakes for a good 3-5 seconds and thats it. i always sleep through it too
I didnt feel crap. I was sleeping.
But yea thats crazy. I think it has to do with all the oil drilling that happens off the coast. Good thing there wasnt a Tsunami.
I would worry. If there are sismic activity, means anything can happen, and a big scale earquake whose waves reaches Florida, can have a big ass impact on the structure, which by the way I bet they are built to resist hurricanes but never an earthquake.. dont even want to imagine a Tsunami in the flatland Florida.. jeeez... tomorrow will be a nice lecture for all the science teachers around the schools and university campuses heh.
i wonder how many calls were made to insurance agents about earth quake coverage in florida
Two words..... Global Warming
