does this exist?

a program has detects decibles on wav or mp3 files...and it tells you if it too low or high...cuase i got some mp3 that sound low decibles...i dont want to start looking thru all my 4000+ tracks...

I think any wave editor will do this.
WaveLab, CoolEdit etc. etc.
