Going to DJ @ Ministry of Sound... Moving to Taipei, Taiwan!!!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to let all of you know that I will be moving to Taipei on Monday, September 18th.

I got a job with Ministry Of Sound, and will be a resident DJ at the new MoS club opening this month.

My last sets in Vancouver will be at Cyber tonight (sept.13th), and tomorrow (sept.14). Unfortunately, I won't be able to stay to open for Rank1 and John'00'Fleming. I regret having to cancel those bookings, but this is a very good opertunity for me and I jumped at the chance to take it.

I would like to thank everyone for their continued support, especially my friends at Union and Ph1 for an amazing year. There would be too many people to name individually, but those of you who have truly inspired me with your support know who you are.

Hopefully some of you will make it out for my final sets in Vancouver. I'll definitely keep in touch with all of you, expect lots of updates and photos... it should be an amazing time!

I'm glad you're going somewhere where they appreciate the music and your talents, this city and scene certainly lacks it and that's a damn shame.

Danny, this is the beginning of the big pay off your hard work has brought to you. I'm very happy for you. You will finally get the crowd that fully enjoys and appreciates your DJing.

You've done a lot for Vancouver, and that work is highly valued. It's very unfortunate support for trance here is terrible. And now there won't be much left anymore. But that's alright, because this a chance for your career to go to the next level.

We'll miss you greatly.

Well Danny it was a pleasure having you in Vancouver and my ears thank you greatly. You always laid down quality sets and at times really had me going on numerous dance floors.

Am quite sure once you are back in town, having that experience added to your resume you will have a slight chance of perhaps getting BETTER TIME SLOTS at events here in van etc.

I haven't posted anything of substance yet in this thread because it's hard to come up with something meaningful.

I know I haven't been there, really at all, but when I could I always enjoyed your sets Danny, even those times you would have an off night, or earlier on when you were struggled a bit to find your way. It may not have been your favorite night by far, but my most memorable moment was still that night you and Sean (now in Montreal) took a bunch of us including Adam (Boston) and Kerry to that Chinese restaurant on three road.

I've said several times before and will continue to say so, you're one of the harder working peeps in this town when it comes to 'the scene' and for all your hard work this is hopefully just the beginning of those dividends due to you. As much as I hope you do return to this city, your love of the music and that pursuit could and should take you anywhere you need to go, be it here or somewhere else.

Stay in touch bro, these last few months chatting with you online day in and day out have been great. If you're still interested I'll keep pursuing that radio gig for us.

Have to say, out of the people I know, you want it the most and put in the most time. Great to see such a good opportunity and addition to your resume.
