Territory Restriction?

I am trying to buy the Steve Angello Vs. Who's Who Remix of Geht's Noch and it wont let me purchase the song because of a 'Territory Restriction'
Does anybody know anything about this problem?

Maybe the remix isn't licensed for sale inside the States or something?
