i need help with a mix.....

someone asked me to do a 30 minute mix for a podcast.. so i said shure! now recording has been a pain in the butt... and finding a good flow... etc

so i made this mix

and i would rly like to get feedback.. preatty much the feedback im lookin for is
"ya send it to him to use"
"this sucks, doit again..."

its hard to judge my own mix u know... mixing is not the cleanest.. maybe and flow i thought it was ok for a 30 minute set but im not shure.

The acapella intro was a nice touch in regards to the timing of the bass hitting. Don't think the tempo of the acapella matched Cloudbrake though. Nice mixing and flow with the middle tracks. Though there was nothing technical wrong with it, I personally didn't like how My Lexicon was mixed in. The long outro was kind dull too. Definitely throw in an interesting closing effect.

should i stil turn it in? i felt the same.. scorchio is kinda long.... its a 11 minute track... i tried the acapella.. but it was kidna soon i think :s

If you got the time, give it another shot. Make your mixes tighter and add one more track it in. Maybe a new stormer you found on beatport.

its a 30 minute mix.. i cant make it any longer.... meh somehow i feel that im a n00b lol soo if its decent ill turn it in

It's definitely more than decent. Just helping you round those edges.

i need to work around those edges alot... but will take ur advice for the future. gotta get fresh choons soon too.... the stuff i have isnt cutting it as of now.
