Progressive track from 1997 or 1998 - sample here

Check this short sample and tell me what this track is.
I'm sure it was released in 1997 or 1998 and there was
a video to it with lasers in a club (maybe this make
you remind yourself this track). If you want a longer sample,
get it here (3:23). It was taken from a set.

Maybe some re/mix of it???
