Tiesto & Maxi Jazz - Dance 4 Life
I'm going to go RIGHT out on a limb here and say that i really really like this.
Came on Foxtel before and i thought it must have been a new faithless track, nearly fell off my chair when i saw that Tiesto was involved as well.
I'm sorry but you're wrong
Pretty average, shocking sounds used for the melody, Maxi's vocals aren't that good.
Pure sacrilege saying its like a Faithless track, its too simple, too conventional to be Faithless.
I actually think it's simplicity it the best thing about it
yah its not bad up until that melody kicks in. (i'm not talking about the string melody but the shocking zappy one)
But when it does its like cancer, malaria and ebola rolled into one.
If theres one way to kill a track which has good potential, that melody is a sure fire way of doing it
honeslty, get rid of that and make the string section more pronounced and it would actually be a pretty mean track
bought it on VINYL just before andy moor - really like it - except for the last vocal - "HIV kills"
other than that - yes- fukin tune.
deano - tiesto is the best of the 'big 4' trance dj's
Millson loves Tiesto, i remember seeing millson up the front at Together 2004 while tiesto was smashing out silence
he shits on the avb floaty shit
ties0rz 4 lyfe y'all
tiesto is shit!
sorry for offending u strangis
i dont like it personally
but tiestor is good
ahhahahahahha
lubchu paulie.
but no.
lets have a looky here....
tiesto has done:- that remix of silence, traffic, flight 643, sparkles, lethal industry, obsession, nyana, that remix of southern sun, that remix of adagio for strings, suburban train, sweet surrender and goureylla.
now lets look at armins discography - communication, blue fear, sunburn ....and???????? sander van doorns remixes?
and out of all of those, which ones has tiesto actually had a hands on involvement with???
that remix of silence, traffic, flight 643, sparkles, lethal industry, obsession, nyana, that remix of southern sun, that remix of adagio for strings, suburban train, sweet surrender and goureylla.
other people do the work for him, well so ive heard anywase
anyway who cares, tiesto is ghey
lets not forget the tears from the moon remix
well compare those vocals to that new 'racoon' thingo avb did
(gheyness of oxford street proportions)

yeah yeah yeah - i heard that one too...i reckon its kinda like the digweed and sasha thing - they both got their production teams too u know
Battleship Grey & Suburban Train are Tiesto's best productions in my humble opinion.

they r killin this track in malta
GO MAXI GO
The song is shit.
Tiesto is amazing though. His most recent production, the pirates remix, has owned anything armin has put out in the last few years.. fuck.. armin's moved more and more to commercial dance music than anything. Why do trance dj's regress? They go from full on georgeous melody to whingy bitchy vocals with shitty little melodies.
its all just to piss u off dave
I used to be n the bash Tiesto wagon.....but as my music listening is going backwards he has ripped of some amazing sets in the past.
Armin floating stuff is good JPL....just ot for you so don't bash it.

PRESS RELEASE FROM TIESTO
Dance4Life
As an artist I have been able to travel across our planet. The number of milestones that I have achieved during my career are many. From the opening of the Olympic Games to the first DJ ever to sell-out a stadium event. But the most important aspect is the contact I have with people from all over the world. The chance to communicate through my music as I believe in the power of music as a universal language.
I have always supported charities privately. Many charities have contacted me to become an ambassador. Sometimes I agreed to do something for them, but I never found one that fitted me perfectly. A charity that gives me the chance to go more in-depth both as a person and an artist. Until I came across Dance4Life. The enthusiasm and commitment they have to fulfill their dream inspires me, and it has become my dream now too.
The way Dance4Life engages with young people around the world to do something about the HIV / AIDS problem is very powerful. They offer young people an attractive way to do something themselves, and reward those who have that with a spectacular event. The combination of serious content and entertainment assures that Dance4Life gets young people on the move.
The closing Dance4Life events are organized simultaneously around the globe and are audio-visually connected. All participating youngsters have taken part in the Dance4Life schools project. Starting in 2004 Dance4Life was already active in three continents; Africa, Asia and Europe. This year Dance4Life will be produced in at least 10 different countries, and I have decided to be their ambassador! This means I will do many things to make Dance4Life a huge success. I will perform at their events, produce their 2006 anthem and be part of their mass-media campaign in different ways to spread their message: "Start Dancing, Stop Aids, Dance4Life!"
The countries that will take part this year are: Tanzania, Kenia, Indonesia, Ethiopia, UK, Russia, Germany, Vietnam, South Africa and the Netherlands. Dance4Life is presented by STOP AIDS NOW! and MY Body. All money generated by the project will be spent by these two NGOs on projects aimed at prevention and awareness for young people in the countries most hit by HIV / AIDS,
