This is a track Ive been playing with for a few days, Im no pro or anything, but its good fun and I think Im getting some ok sounds. Heres basically the full thing....

sounds like solar stone - seven cities starting off.

wasnt expecting it to sound this good from reading you initial post.

sounds more chillout trance than uplifting.

one major issue is bass or lack of it. cant hear it.

if you add a good driving bass this track will certainly become uplifting.

good start though!

try layering your bass mate. by doing this it helped me alot. some people layer three i layer just two.

have your high mid layer around 1khz to 4khz (whichever fits with your track).

then have a sub bass around 100hz to 200hz with a low pass filter.

this works for me but again it all depends where your other sounds are peaking at.

Thanks Akia, Ive been trying to EQ things but I just dont have the know how, elements are fighting to come through as it stands
