-- Pete Heller - Big Love (Steven Lee & Trent Cantrelle Re-Rub)
Pete Heller - Big Love (Steven Lee & Trent Cantrelle Re-Rub)
a brilliant remix of the original. it really adds some new stuff (imo) to the original, but still eaves it intact. 9/10
what are your opinions on this new mix?
and does any1 has some info on a (possible) release?
Garbage. Heard it in Ibiza and was immediately saddened. Can't stand that crap bassline they gave it. 0/10

although i've heard it for months, it's still a dancefloor killer (in a good way). big sound, insane buildup - gets the crowd going off every time. those comparing it to the original need to check their head. since when does a remix need to keep its original structure or sound intact?
8/10 (when i first heard it)
now i giver a 7.

A complete butchering of one of the best disco house records of all time, and a personal favourite of mine. If I heard this remix in a club without ever having heard it before, I can't imagine the disappointment that would ensue at the anti-climax it delivers when it kicks in. Awful. dj_bas's 0/10 is very generous. |
. i must take back a few words i said; "it leaves the original intact" .. it doesnt. i heard the complete remix today for the first time, while i heard the remix before in sets, where they werent 'complete'. now i heard its quite different from the original, so it doesnt really levaes it intact. but still my opinion doesnt change that much, i still love it
