and then you have their names which i can't really make up, probably something like Ramda, Hahalls, Gerold.

(So in other words they believe you haven't paid for whatever it is you have 'paid' for)

True. Is the guy who wrote this a doctor by any chance?

Oh, and btw...the correct way to spell "payed" is "paid".
