eurotrip HELPP!!

you guys are sooo much more cultured than me... I have half my trip planned but I'm not exactly positive what I'd like to do for sun - wed part of my trip... i was thinking venice.. then a friend told me that after a day or so I'd be bored...

so any suggestions on where I should go for 4 days? Already going to germany & london on the trip

I've been to Venice... it's ok. Not super exciting unless you're there for Carnival. The canals are interesting (though they can stink up the city), St. Mark's Basilica is probably the biggest site there, and if you like Murano glass that's where to buy it.

I second Amsterdam. They have canals as well as lots of other things...

Madrid is a great idea. I really enjoyed Barcelona too when I was over there. It had a great nightlife and a lot to see as well.
