I am really hungover and at work - anyone know of a remedy, a quick fix? I feel freakin' terrible

the ONLY thing that cures it properly is..... as my military friends call it an "iv ringer". its 1 bag of saline and an iv. 20mins after starting the bag is empty and you are fully hydrated. no need to drink tons of water. i can attest that this the the BEST way also to cure a hangover. the other way is just have a beer.

while i rarely post anything serious, let alone on topic, this may be a field i am well versed in.

the first rule of thumb, is no one method works for everyone.
with that said, i believe these are the general steps to take to alleviate a hangover.

in no particular order ...
get the fuck out of bed.
plenty of liquids in you, non carbohydrated.
eat a full meal, healthy one.
dont sit down, stand up, stay moving.
the more physical labor, the quicker it goes.

i didnt say it was easy.

Perfect! She just has to find some saline and an IV drip

Drink some beer, you don't more than 2 or 3 to get rid of the hang over.

thanks everyone, I just came back from having sole fillet and veggies and I have drank 2 bottles of 500ml water and a 2 litre bottle b4 that! I am pissin a lot lol, can't say I have the need to puke, but my head is fuckin' killin me!

I was really fucked up too like a month ago at the office, nasty hangover... drank a gatorade and ate lots of candies, gums and shit for the sugar level, I felt like new in 30 mins.

It depends on each person though, not everyone will react the same way. I've also tried Redbull and it worked perfectly.

haha yeah bas i know they arent the easiest to get a hold of. it does help to have friends who work in vet/medical/va/military clinics. you can get them quite readily in mexico though!
