Drunk So last night on the drive at five...

So I decided to take yet another break from my CD collection and listen to some Z103.5 on my drive from work to the gym over the past few days and was surprised to hear...

He's a pirate (Tiesto remix)
Ferry Corsten - Fire (both original and flashover remix)
Ferry Corsten - blah blah
Control Freak (Sander Van Doorn remix)
Tiesto - Just be
Sander Kleinenberg - This is not Miami

...and lots more...of course there's lots of cheese mixed with all of this, but I was impressed lol...at least for the first 30 minutes, cause the last 30 are all hip hop crap

no more conversations is just starting to get a lot of play..... it's hilarious, everytime they introduce it as 'the new one from freeform five' i think of jon jon cursing the world.

honestly, when i hear them at a club - sure... it's kind of rediculous - especially when there is SO MUCH good shit out these days coming out of beatport alone.... but when they play it on Z103 i'll take them over 90% of the other shit they play usually.

i hate the radio more then anyone on this forum ...but i have to agree when i've been forced to listen to it by certain radio natzies they are playing some better music lately

Well I've never had problems with Z103...it's the better radio station to listen to considering there isn't much else that plays what we like. It's just that as soon as a DJ track gets to Z103 automatically everyone starts bashing that DJ - which IMO is stupid...

like in the other thread someone said he doesn't like Tiesto cause his new best friends are the guys at Z103 lol...

To an extent yea, but when they play good shit from a year ago on and play it once every hour...it's just as bad at that point. i'm surprised they got 'this is not miami' so ahead of schedule though.

exactly. its an improvement. lets not complain about it. this should be what we want, vs. the alternative - NO EDM!

z103.5 personally annoys me for the hosts being so fake. thats why i dont listen to it. if theres a station i listen to, its only for hte on air personalities and thats Edge...music is good but too repetitive based on their rotation policies.

PS. they played Crystal Method - Born Too slow ont he edge the other day

educate = misleading information?

you do have a point though. maybe 1 out of every 10 people that listen to z103 actually get interested in the music and discover the good shit sooner or later.
