Dear Club Tribe costumers,

Dear Club Tribe and its costumers,

We at Moog Audio apologize for last nights delay. We

would like to clarify that in no way was Club Tribe

responsible for this, the delay was caused by a

defective high end amplifier, and we take full

responsibility.

Once again we apologize for this unexpected incident,

and to make up for it, Moog Audio would like to offer an

open bar from 10pm to 12pm on Thursday september 28,2006.

Dear costumers,

I would like to apologize about what happened last night; we were experiencing last minute sound problems. Tribe is only trying to make the scene better with good DJs and good sound, we are not here to piss anybody off, we are trying to find a new way for the line to move faster, we will make sure that the next time you guys come to the club it will be a good experience.

left side VIP/guestlist
right side: regular

honestly, you want shit to go smoothly get the proper bouncers, that actually know what they are doing, and actually tell people to get into a line rather than trying to keep everyone rushing too the door.

Don't tell me they were getting shit from everyone. If so give them the power to beat the crap out of people or hire ex-military personnel as bouncers!

I wonder how much Tribe paid Moog too come up with something like that? Anyone have any ideas?

Well, actually Tribe spent 100K on sound and lights @ Moog (this is what was written here any ways)

For 100K would you agree to assume your faults?

Posted by jester on Sep-22-2006 23:22:

I'll still blame Tribe, If Michal didnt go to Mexico with the rest of the people and just sent them there and stayed here too over see the reconstruction of the whole, place I do not think this would of happened last night.

3 Weeks and something like this comes up onthe opening night... Tribe got pwned.

we`re not costumers... we`re ravers...

trying to make the scene better ... ??? ... ??? or making money better ??? ... ???

People behind Tribe are experienced club owners and organisaters and promoters... etc
saying its a new club like if it was the first time ever these people were handeling problems like these isn't a good excuse to me.

my 2 cents

Another thing to better serve us! SELL TICKETS! Please, might not help but would help a little bit.

I totally agree with that.

How about half the capacity sold in tickets?

I dont think they had 150 customers spending more then 1K/night

How about total capacity in tickets to be more fair

it will make the millionnaires learn how the nightlife scene works

Posted by Ndulge on Sep-22-2006 23:50:

Thats a good Idea, selling tickets, maybe like 200 presales, no line when you buy presale.

works like a charm in Ibiza... seeing if u buy in advance you go through the VIP / Guestlist line.

I would love too see it work here, but I have a feeling the pre-sale tickets would go too friends of friends of people from Tribe and what not and not too the people who actually want too go.

the club can take 300 people ?

X number of sold tickets means 300-X people having to pay at the door. That includes the big spenders and never ending guestlist

and you 300-X people have entered the club... tell your bouncers to politly send the others back home or somewhere else

Posted by jester on Sep-23-2006 00:00:

I honestly want too know how many people the VIP section can hold. Keep all the VIP in that section. Get rid of the guestlist. Have everyone buy tickets online or hope in hell they get in line early too see if there is space.

I honestly have no clue, why people like us TA's should tell a club how too run their business, they should know how it should be ran, or they have a really bad boss, that just wants money.

Now thats my 2 cents.

I'll give you a pat in the back and a hand shake if you do listen to some of us on here and may'be give you a ribbon too say how good a job you have been doing LOL

Sorry to patronize you, its all I can do, for fucking over people who were there hours before the doors opened, or in line at 10pm.

One thing if you want something else. All employees and promoters should use a back / side door to get in and not use the damn front door... same with friends of friends.

What can Tribe do to make you guys happy again?

DJ?

Any ideas

Fire all the crooked bouncers?

Posted by Ndulge on Sep-23-2006 00:47:

Letter from Tribe owner.

First and foremost, we would like to apologize for all the unfortunate series of events that occurred last night. We do realize that this created a lot of anger, impatience and inconvenience for the people. Hence, we would like to take this time to explain some of last nights mishaps so please take this time to read the following:

Issue #1: Line-up:

Although there was an exceptionally long wait yesterday, this was not deliberate. Due to unanticipated technical difficulties with the sound system, we were unable to let anyone in the club for the contractors needed the time to fix the problem. Although it took longer than expected, we were finally able to detect the problem: a defective amplifier. This setback was finally fixed and will no longer be a concern for the near future for the sound system is now better and louder than ever.

Not to mention that we will also have two separate line-ups in order to ensure that people get in as fast as possible: one for guest list/bottle service and the other one for regular customers. We will ensure that regular customers will get in with ease and we will pay particular attention to those that arrive early.

Issue#2: Security/Bouncers:

Due to the unexpected delay, our security team needed to search people quicker so as to not prolong the unbearable wait. This, however, does not mean that it was done in a careless fashion. Yes there was an incident, but it was not as serious as people claim it to be. A fight did break out upstairs in the VIP but it was quickly regulated by the bouncers and there were no such thing as guns/weapons involved in the matter. There are strictly NO GUNS ALLOWED IN THE CLUB UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! We have a professional and experienced security team to ensure that this rule is enforced at all times

Issue #3: Mafiasos/Strippers:

These so-called mafiasos were in fact the contractors engaged to renovate the club. As for the strippers, these are hired dancers for the club.

All this being said, we would like to apologize once again for the inconveniences that this may have caused. Necessary measures and precautions will be taken to ensure customer satisfaction and compensation for time lost!!

+1

First get this done, might make many people happy... You want proper bouncers that will actually listen too you guys, hire ex-IDF soldiers, simple as that, or ex-Iranian soldiers which ever you bloody like, just dont use FUCKING local bouncers that let in their own friends.

Than you can bug us about who we want too see.

Posted by Tag on Sep-23-2006 01:21:

Having a sound issue is completely understandable. This is why for the better part of 3 hours i was in a great mood as we waited outside. However, to pass on blame to moog is simply childish and irresponsible. Any decent businessman would apologize and try to fix the wrongs, rather then pass the blame on.
Despite everything to be treated the way i was and others were by the bouncers, there is NO excuse. You lost alot of customers last night, and clearly show no real intentions to win them back.

We want Holden.

Bring him and everyone will be happy.

Sell tickets this time, and possibly a new rotation of bouncers.

Everything will be fine after that

You know... the clubs i went to in my life where i enjoyed myself the most was were the bouncers treated me with respect and with a smile.

when they do their job like it should be and when its your turn to get in and they say "hi, how are you ? Enjoy your night."

just that make me enter the club with a smile and start the night on a good mood... rather than "did you see this mofo thinking he owns the world and treats us like shit"
