so....whos fasting?

Ramadan 2006
here we go again
day 1

A little more cheer here. Ramadan Mubrarak!!!

I am fasting and not partying for a month. Ahhhhhhh...hehe god willing I'm able to make it through this month and earn some "kudos" on the way.

Too bad I'll be missing Oakey @ dragonfly & the 10th anniversary of Guv

I give you guys props for doing that. I can't go an hour without snacking on somethign!

A month (let alone a WEEK) w/o McDonald's for lunch or dinner would KILL me.

I could never fast.

That's really gross Jamie. And surprisingly, considering you've worked there. Most people I know who have worked in fast food refuse to eat the food from the place they worked at.

I grew only to love it more once I started working there. I didnt eat it that often till I worked there.

Great tasting food, imo.

nothing in the way they cook their food bothers me. I saw nothing questionable or revolting in the McDonald's ive worked in.

what about the enourmous amounts of fat you're eating?

Do you realize if you eat 4 quarter pounders in a week you've just gained a pound? A lot of ppl don't think about it that way.

Jem_hadar, you should consider watching the documentary Super Size Me.

i haven't had mcdonalds in about 3 years and dont plan to in the future
i would only eat a burger if i was starving to death and there was nothing else around

I thought about metioning this , but Jamie worked there, so it's not like he doen't know about it. And he eats it on a very regular basis, so he will come across the damages to his body as one point or another.

Jamie eating this food all the time is rather gross, just don't do it to the point where it makes you sick.

not only that, the meat used is Grade F quality plus the amounts of transfat it has (worst fat possible) is just disgusting. People then wonder why they get cancer..because if you eat that shit on a regular basis something will definately mutate in your body.
