For rent: 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom (McGill Ouest Phase 1)

Floor Plan

Kitchen

Dining / Living Room

Cost (Monthly): $1,600 - $1,800 (could be less or more, depending how long you rent for.)

In the unit you have a stackable washer / dryer. Also includes indoor parking spot.

One thing you get an awesome view of the city and d'Youville.

Amazing location. Corner of William and Des Soeurs-Grises. If you use Google Maps you wont see the building, but dont worry its built.

The actual address is: 630 William.

NON-SMOKERS ONLY

Move in: November 2006

Most likely will be unfurnished.

More info too come later on. I'll post photos of the bedroom and bathroom later on.

That looks pretty sweet.

One thing on the RC there is a mini gym and soon going to have a pool table.

One thing they are building the second phase now which should be finished by December 2007 / January 2008.

There wont be any green space until like the Spring / Summer 2008, which sucks.

1. Price probably could work.
2. Only problem ... you / who ever moves into, only possible in November and not any time sooner (only found that part out today)

True its expensive... most of the stuff in the old port is expensive to rent.

Cheapest I saw was like $1000 and that was for 620 sq.ft (1 bed / 1 bathroom) best thing about it had a nice tiny patio or wtv you want to call it.

You work with a bank and numbers.

There are always factors and shit you have to calculate.

Atleast Montreal is not as expensive as many other cities in North America or Europe.

Speak too you soon.

One thing I should of said 1 bedroom / 2 bathroom... the second bedroom is like 90 sq.ft, while the master is almost 110 sq.ft (rough calculations).

True if they combined both bathrooms it would of been better.

Oh well, nothing we can do now.
