Show off your custom dj booths

So...I'm trying to build my own table for my 2 cdj 800s and vestax vmc-002 mixer. I came across this table...and the dimensions to make it. But...I think the user is inactive and he failed to say what kind of wood he was using. Can anybody tell?

Also...Im a complete noob, I have never tried building a table before and am wondering how you keep the top of the screws from showing after they are drilled into place.

it's proabably MDF board with black lamient. MDF board would probably be your best best, and just paint over it.
