Cosmic gates new direction

Anyone feeling it at all - i quite like it - was never a massive fan of the bangin stuff they used to do - but theyve kind of toned it down and its kinda more tribally/proggy these days - been listening to the album earth mover and its simple yet quite nice.

anyone else interested in it?

i've heard some new songs like ultra curve which sound good.

Very nice. You wouldn't pick it for being CG if you didn't know who it was...

i bought should have known the other day. i like a number of their banging tracks, esp their remix of amun but yeah, looking fwd to their new direction for sure

Ive seen Cosmic Gate heaps of times, they can play a more mellowish/trancey set & still rock & can play a more harder set & still rock!

Fire Wire will always be my favourite!

last time i heard them play at transmission red, they couldnt mix for shit

their earlier driving stuff used to be great...then came the hard rubbish and now back to their roots.

it's called evolution or revolution or just plain old 'well this sound aint working, lets try something else'.

Their set at sunshine people this year was the start of a really fukn wicked direction if you ask me! Just really funky and slamming at the same time. I got chills watchin them, we really are in for a treat @ GK

The harder stuff was their trademark, although I wouldn't classify it as that 'hard' anyway.

Kris, I've seen them play before also, they were good - but not mind blowing. Seeing it's your first time seeing them, you'll will probably appreciate them.

I hear they will also be doing a club performance mid-October.... Keep your eyes open for that one!

Also I do remember hearing 'some' tribal elements in their set when I saw them before Sunshine People!

i love "raging", especially the flutlicht remix
can't remember what other songs i used to like from them.
i think they were here for godskitchen 2003? i wasn't really into their set then. ah well never mind

hey.. i like some of flutlicth's stuff.. remmeber there was a track posted on tranceaddict by licht and schall? sounded all dumonde-esque.. was awesome

speaking of dumonde, when are they gonna release something new that doesnt suck?
