sarsgaard !!

im looking for a video clip from snl.
i looked all over youtube with no luck.
also, i am dumb.

if anyone can help.
im looking for the snl skit with peter sarsgaard.
in the skit there are pirates in a confernce room.
all they do is ask questions that prompt answers where "arrrrr" could be yelled.
anyway, they have peter sarsgaard as their guest speaker.
he is all serious and wonder wtf is going on.
then he realizes the only reason he is the guest speaker his because of his last name, sarsgaard.

also if anyone can find a video clip of another snl skit ...
anyone of fred armison where he is a latino talk show host.
he rips on horatio sans, has a stupid cow bell face, and yells "im just kidding!"
need anyone of those, i just want to see the "im just kidding!" part.
