RM THREE is a really good mixer, and it's pretty cheap.
Cheap = ~$155

glad to see people are recognizing the RM3S... I think it's an idea product for a beginner or someone on a budget.

I got the RM3S within a few weeks of it coming out.. it's my first mixer. I was happy.

Then my friends got to try it.. I took it to a houseparty once, and the other DJs that used it were really happy with it.

The RM3S has a few advantages over the RM3S:
a) better crossfader curve
b) better monitoring (RM3 doesnt have the cue pan)
c) slicker looks

.. and maybe a few others but these are the ones i can confirm.

they are about $220, USD, if you find a good deal. WELL worth it. I dont think you'll find another $220 mixer that has a list of goodies like this:

a) kill switches
b) -26DB/+9 3band EQ's on each channel
c) pan on each channel
d) effects send/recieve
e) cue fade and monitor switches for each channel
f) 1 phono and 2 line on each of the 3 channels
g) hamster (fader reverse) switch
h) mic EQ

the only thing the RM3S lacks that I would really like is PFL metering. the meter is only for the output, so you have to adjust levels by ear, which can be a little trick sometimes.
