YouGov (Free Money For Doing Surveys) I'm Not Kidding

Honestly it's not a scam or anything. Just sign up and they e-mail you when there are relevant surveys. You get 50p+ for each survey and when there is 50 in your account they send you a cheque.

You don't get spam and they do give you the money. Each survey takes like a minute so that works out at about 30/hour which is nothing if you do it when you check your emails and stuff

awesome.. I've always wondered how you get on the yougov panel It's pretty much the most important political polling organisation in the UK

Fill in surveys for 50p a go and another 50p gets donated to a DJ, what a strange concept! I'm in!

How frequent are the surveys?

Posted by Nell on Oct-04-2006 15:17:

These are'nt very good and it is very hard to ever make any money out of it.

Go over to www.moneysavingexpert.com to find out more about them.

lol yeah.. the fact that they only payout once you reach a certain amount is clearly a factor.

i get one every week or 10 days or so...

50 quid in a few months for checking a few boxes is rather easy money imo

cheers nell

Do you always get 50p for each survey? If it was every 7 days or thereabouts it would still take almost 2 years to get the 50 Then again I suppose if you have lots or people referred to your account you could get there far quicker...

So Luke is benefiting from other people signing up? Nice.

but there's nothing to say they won't stop giving you surveys once you reach 49 in order to prevent you cashing in.

it's a good thing. he will get to 50 alot quicker than us, and then tell us if it is actually genuine or not. so everybody get reffered by luke now!

Posted by Pete_B on Oct-05-2006 17:00:

Waste of time if you ask me. It would be worth it if you were getting 30 or more surveys each day.

it definately works, i got referred by a friend on the ford focus owners club who just got his second 50 cheque!

100 quid for a few mouse clicks is pretty good considering the amount of time i spend browsing here + other forums doing fuck all imo

Posted by Kinuvan on Oct-06-2006 11:00:

there's no doubt its genuine.. as I said YouGov is one of the most important political polls in the country.. however, I reckon they've got really strict controls on how much they pay out each month, and can influence the allocation of surveys accordingly... so you could end up sitting on 49 indefinitely before being offered the chance to go over the 50 threshold
