Melbourne - Chinatown Dumplings

The newish place on Swanston. The fried dumplings there are better than the one's at Camy Shanghai Dumpling or at Shanghai Village. And you don't have to get your own tea and bowls... Also the waiters are marginally nicer and speak English than at Camy's.

Meh.. jsut giving people the heads up. Greasy Chinese food is the best cure for a hangover or a comedown imo. Pho comes a close second.

fucken dumplings, theres this guy here at my work who is from asia and whenever he wants to go out to lunch "lets get asian food".. when you say can we eat something else, he says "nevermind"..

then when i asked him he goes "i dont eat western food often".. hehe rightio.

wanna know a funny story? this guy goes "the dumplings place i used to go to closed down due to health hazards.. but damn im craving their dumplings"

lol. thats fucken funny.. i told him the reason i dont wanna go to those places down there is because i have seen brothels with better sanitation than them. the floors look like someone took chunks of shit and just smudged them with their hands.

Millson introduced me to Dumpling House last year and I have never looked back (and never been sick).

It's on Swanston between lonsdale and little burke. I went again the other day... I've gotta say the dumplings didn't have as much meat in them. I think price is about the same as Camy's, maybe a buck more expensive.

hahahah we used to eat at this place all the time at school... so that's what that crunchy thing in my pork bun was!

haha I went to some dumpling house near Russell street before Gk on saturday, it was up some alleyway. Had to use plastic kindergarten cups? nice and cheap and didn't feel sick afterwards, can't complain.

Been to that one to, the dumplings were fucken awesome. I had to back several times for top ups.
