please help with this one

this track has a build then the beat stops and guy vocal goes "1,2,3 GO!!" then the beat drops then he says "1,2,3,4 GO!!" again but this time REALLY fast

i think its trance..it sounds like something that DJ Snowman or DJ Sakin would play....kinda hard
