MLB Playoffs Thread!!! (Yankee's don't stand a chance)
The Baseball playoffs start today, and for the first time since I was old enough to know what baseball is The Tigers are in the postseason!
The four series starting today and tomorrow are...
Tigers vs. Yanks
A's vs. Twins
Mets vs. Dodgers
Cardinals vs. Padres
I'll be in windsor over the weekend and am going to catch one of the tigers yankee's games in detroit.
I think I'm the only one who knows it but the yanks are in trouble, cause detroit is gonna come out flying!
Tigers in four (look for me at the game).
its good that you are thinking positive shanny, but i really dont see anyone beating the yankees this year.
enjoy the game though dude. i hope you atleast get to see a good game/tigers win for the game you go to

Should be cool like always, hopefully some more drama like 2 seasons ago... maybe from the Tigers instead of the Red Sox this time

the yankees are clearly winning it all this year
they've got the ultimate lineup and a great bench. Their only question mark is with shaking season pitching, but those veterans are all play off experienced with domination

I believe the Yankees have the best line-up. I'm a total Boy of summer, playing in 1 hardball and 2 softball leagues every summer, but however, since the Expos went to Washington, I've lost a lot of interest watching the game on TV. Playoffs is the time though. And no, my 12 years in Toronto still haven't made me a Jays fan.

Yeah, I love baseball. My Braves for the first time ever didnt make the postseason, so I am cheering on the Tigers.
Watching Game 2 as we speak - I dont really care for any other teams, the others I like didnt make the playoffs ...
You guys missed out on the TA baseball forum and the cool baseball pool I set up there (I am tied for last as of right now, btw).
