6% or 10%
Do you guys use the +/-6% tempo slider range or the 10% on the CDJ ?
I like the 6% because the interval is .02 % where the 10% is only .05. Does anyone use 10% and do you find it's harder to mix accuratley because of it?
thanks

I swap between 6 and 10% all the time. The accuracy of 6% is nice, but sometimes the range isn't big enough.
Though I only have CDJ 800's which only have 10%, I use 10% often times when I play on CDJ1000's as well simply because I'm used to making the corrections.

master tempo sounds unnatural sometimes...in fact most people can even notice when a track has been sped up with master tempo on too...in any event..i use 10% cause i ride the pitch and find it a bit easier when using 10%
I use +/- 6%, beacuse I never go over 6 %
It doens't make a difference to me. Sometimes I use 6% other 10%.
6%. I only use 10% when I have to. If you take your time and beatmatch with 6% you can blend the tracks forever, if you do it right. Tracks slip too fast with 10%.
i think the only time ive ever used 10% was when i took Cape Town - Proglifter up to 140bpm, its like 6.05% or something lol
