Mid 90s European Techno Tune ID

Hi everyone /

Many moons ago I had a CD with the above as the title

It had a tune on it along with German Gabba & hardcore but stood out a mile because of its amazing production

I can clearly remember it had samples of LAWNMOWER MAN in

Starts with the sample , I AM GOD HERE & I SENSE YOUR HEARTS , WHAT ARE YOU HIDING

Any ideas woudl be great
