REVIEW, PICS & VIDEOS: Tijuana!!! Thanks JZ for....

Playing such an unf*ckingbelievably DIRTY set, and BLOWING OUR F*CKING BRAINS OUT!!!! As usual, I danced non-stop and was sweating like crazy! I was brain dead by the end, after not sleeping for 24 hours. I was barely able to put sentences together! lol Glad u fixed your sound card thingy!!

Highlights of TJ:
- The crowd was really cool, and friendly. I kept forgetting that not everyone speaks English there. And everyone was trying to speak to me in Spanish. They didn't believe I wasn't Mexican. lol

- NO 50 year old asian washing-machine dancers!!

- The opening DJ's DIRTY set. He played alot of fresh new tunes, kinda like Digweed style!

- James' obviously DIRTY set. He didnt rest for one moment cuz he was too busy playing with all those buttons!!

- The food!

What I didn't like about TJ:
-The traffic. WTF? I thought LA was bad.

- Trying to cross the border. WTFFFF, it was so bad at 6:30am, the line was atleast 3 miles long to cross. We had to end up staying at a hotel in TJ.

-The smog. My throat hurts, and I was losing my voice.

-James being very shy (lol)

I am sorry I missed it by teh sound of it? Do you live in Tijuana. I'm living in Chula Vista right now, but was broke as of last night. Next time around, although I konw "JZ" playing at a small venue is kind of rare. How is Trez Lounge? Was it packed? What time did the show get over? So you are good friends w/JZ? :0 Peace out

No, we don't live in Tijuana. We live in Los Angeles, but we thought it would be fun to go to TJ for a change. Trez lounge was awesome! It wasn't too big, but it wasn't small at all. It was packed but there was still room to dance. The promoter dude said there was 600 people there, but it seemed like around 800 people. JZ played from 12:30 - 4 am. I think he was supposed to finish around 3am, but the crowd was screaming for him to keep going lol.
