Official NIC FANCIULLI REVIEW @ Stereo

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS WHO THE FUCK IS SASHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fanciulli absolutely destroyed the dance floor last night. i have not heard a set that fresh in the longest times. the man is a pure genius wicked music layed down from stat to finish. tunes droped and i noticed last night

Booka Shade - tresspase 01
audio soul project - caramel
nic fanciulli - cat out of the bag
nic fanciulli - lucky heather
eric prydz (mix) - GOODLIFE (HOLLY CRAPPPPPP)

i really suck at this review thing but nic's sound is defenetly something that was needed for montreal and it was great to see people react to it the way they did last night.

nice seeing the TA team out in force last night

Maher

One thing I left at 5:45, and it was pretty dead. Not used to seeing so many open spaces on t he dance floor at Stereo. Did more people show up later on during the morning?

Set of the year, Fanciulli is the nicest DJ out there these days and also one of the most pumpin, the soundsystem was sounding INCREDIBLE, no shaky bass or patchy vocals.

Nice to see a solid representation of TAs, we were all rockin out to his maaaaaaaaaaad skillz dat killz.

Jesse, Sasha looks fueled on coke in your pic...

Posted by Alex on Oct-07-2006 23:59:

So funny, when he dropped Lucky Heather everyone I knew was like "YOOO WTF IS THIS TRACK"

Total ownage, Fanciulli wanted to leave a mark and I can tell he did, us fools were getting clobbered by his tunes, no chance he would let us stop moving, badass track after badass track... After Bal En Blanc I didnt think that set of his could be beat, but damn, blown right out of the water! He had Stereo in the palm of his hand, even if the place wasnt jam packed.

Ya when Jeff Fontaine dropped it, I knew I was in for a beastly night at Stereo, total pumpin.

I thought Jeff's set was weak to say the least. Jester it didn't fill up, I agree with you, pretty empty for a headliner.

sounds like a perfect night for me.......sick dj and plenty of room to dance.

nothing worse than an amazing dj spinning crazy tracks and you're compactly surrounded by sweaty people. And to top it off they're shirtless and gay. YESSSS

SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKK HOLY SHIT!!! 1 of the best sets of 2006 for me, easily...A total re-definition of techy prog...so good!

Got there at 5:45am from Aria, and as I was checking my coat, I hear, "Find it, Feel it, Share it..." anyways, ya. That track that Creator and Lawler spin...I knew it was gonna be fun And it was. It really was...It was pretty emtpy for Stereo, but I appreciate it when there aren't sweaty men rubbing up against me ewwwwwwwwwww, plus Black and Blue was 2 days away, must consider that...And the whole leather thing was not out of control at all except for some waxed/tanned bum cheeks I saw held up only by a G-string made out of black, shiny, leather

Nice seeing: Sean Walsh, Alex, HakiSaki, Enigmatik + boyfriend, Tag (so happy you finally came), Maher, and my usual Stereohead crew...LOL, some guy was gonna leave me his driver's license in exchange for my sunglasses LMFAO...

THE BASS HURT ME soooooooooooooooooooo much but in the best of ways, the Stereo way Unbelievable, really...I was sitting on the speaker that's right there as soon as you walk in and my ass hurt like hell when I got up. Fanciulli is a super nice guy, looks very humble and acts it behind the decks, too. Too bad Sean Walsh left early, it was soooo much fun!

After party was at my place: Alex, Brendan, Hakim, Selma and boyfriend all came over. Then I passed out while listening to fkn hilarious stories about Brendan and Alex from "back in the good old days at Aria"...Mon dieu, I wish I would have known you guys then

Sick night, I love Stereo, I reallllllllllyyyyyyyyyyy want Stereo to bring Lawler and have Creator open for him, 6 hours each plzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Yes actually more people came around 6:30. Probably much like myself rolling out of bed fresh and early ready to start the day with a few hours at Stereo. I'm starting to like the idea of staying in at night and getting up early in the morn to catch the last few hours of Stereo before starting my day.

Ya some people eat fruit loops and read the newspaper, others go to the village and take $10 candies that equal out to about 100 cups of coffee.
