There is no way, anyone can do the joker just as good as jack nicholson, not with the clown they have picked to do this no way

and another thing, they are remaking every movie from texas chainsaw massacre to halloween, I guess hollywood is running out of ideas

Actually, the perfect combo would be the following...

- Paul Bettany as the person you see on-screen
- Mark Hamill (did the voice for Joker in the excellent cartoon series) doing Bettany's voice

I know it sounds a bit iffy, but Bettany's on-screen capabilities and Hamill's voice would make a damn-good combination, as well as the only acceptable Joker close to Nicholson.

I agree, to an extent. If you want to remake something, then you should do it good. With the success of the most recent Batman flick (which, really, because it was a different villian it wasn't a remake) I have plenty of faith in this one.

While I will always love Tim Burton's Batman movies, as an avid Batman comic book reader I have to say that these new "remakes" are shaping up to be spot on in doing Batman justice.

batman begins was not a prequel for any movie
