Someone Send Me A Marketing Project Pls! (Need 1 Desperatly!)
hey guys,
i have to do a project on a food company about the marketing process..
if anyone has one already done or know where to find a finished project with any possible detail in it, could you please post it to me? food companies e.g. Campina, Cadbury, Yoplait, etc...
it would be really appreciated if you could help me!
Thanks,
Bidor
Marketing projects are generally not available to the public for obvious reasons
You will have your best bet looking in the specialized press or in books relating to the subject.
I will look around I think I may have some casies studies and general outlines somewhere for various types of projects.
here's marketing basics:

I'll be generous and offer up a marketing strategy for any product, you can use this as a skeleton to other mediums of marketing
Email Marketing Campaigns
1-Collection of subscribed email addresses
2-Adkey insertion in hotlinks to your commerce site
3-Layout and design for your product to maximize the it's reader effectiveness
4-Execute email campaign
Analysis
1-After the first week, monitor CTR (click through rate) for your emails
2-After the first week, monitor Adkey hits in web logs on commerce site
3-After the first week, monitor Adkey Sales through your commerce site
--Repeat on the month
CTR will give you the effectiveness, how many eyes saw your email and how many of those eyes clicked on your links. This will generate an Adkey hit rate on your web logs. So you have 2 data banks worth of analysis. Who opened the email and clicked, and of those that clicked they went to your site compared to normal traffic on the site. Then you relate the Adkey Sales to the traffic ratio (adkey to normal traffic) and then relate the Adkey Sales to number of people who opened the email. Reverse that equation and you find out how it was uneffective, meaning some didn't even open the email.
Why didn't they open the email?
Now that you have your sales for the product, you determine the sales over time and compare it to the sales that product net in the month prior to the campaign. This will give you your gap and market share of how this product is doing compared to the other products you are selling...market share or in this case product share.
Hope that helps you get off on the right foot

| Originally posted by jdat It's private information! You think anyone in the trade makes projects freely available? It's commercial suicide, sleeping with the enemy etc There are so many different reasons that make this type of material available ( at least in a full project type ) because the material consists of various statistics from potential outside consultants or sources ( copyright issues come into consideration ) and there's also the whole outline and the outcome done by the marketing team itself. It just cannot be found. |
I'd suggest you get your head into gear and start doing some research, and come back here when you're finished.
