- kool haus was pretty rammed, good crowd
- he played a good mix of old and new, a little under two hours.

wow!
I forgot to mention, when he came back on for his encore it was fucking insanity. Came in with this beautiful melodic track, with breathtaking visuals which he then mixed the most futuristic sound of music I have heard in some time. It was breaks, but so layered with his signature samples and keeping the melody from the previous track. He scratched over this for a solid two minutes, and continued to amaze everyone with sounds they had never heard before. That led to 'Midnight in a Perfect World', and that sealed the deal.
sound slike a wikkid show ... I <3 Dj shadow!

I know what you are talking about now, I've seen it on tv.
That show is terrible, they talk about the most trivial stuff, and most of it seems to be judging celebrities. Its amazing that people are being told that those 'issues/topics' are important enough to dedicate an entire show to it.
www.mtv.ca
click on MTV LIVE, then Dj Shadow.
you can see my ghey ass on TV - lol.
Just tried it. They opened with interviews with:
Tiesto
AvB
Carl Cox
Digweed
Digweed said the longest set he has played was 13hrs, wow, imagine a 13hr DIgweed build up? Mental.
Haha, saw you scratching your beard.
Was it that painful to sit through? It seems as if Shadow actually had some good things to talk about.
i cant see the video...what is likely the problem?
Hahaha...I see you!!!
Is it me or does the interview with Armin look like it's at Dragonfly...with all those LED's on the ceiling?
Glad you had a great time.
disappointed i missed this.. sacrifices must be made
Detecting OS...
In order to offer a broad selection of full-length music videos on-demand and free of charge, MTV Overdrive uses Windows Digital Rights Management (DRM) to protect videos from unauthorized re-distribution.
Unfortunately, Microsoft's Windows Media Player Plug-in for Unix does not support Windows DRM. If DRM support becomes available, MTV will develop a version of MTV Overdrive that works for your operating system.
FUCK i hate lame fuckin web sites
Detecting OS...
PC Users with Windows 95 or 98: you need to run Windows 2000 or Windows XP to use MTV Overdrive.
u got to be f**** kidding me. Not liking 2003 server, nor linux grrrr
Dear Lord was that show ever worth the wait... spent 1/2 the show up front in awe of the hand speed & technique...the other 1/2 at the back jammin w/ Lateef (that guy is pure jokes)... simply one of the most dynamic & awe inspiring sights I've ever seen...the video installation was briliant & to call Shadow anything short of a virtuoso of the 1's & 2's is an injustice.
