'Transform' button/switch on a mixer?
can someone please explain to me what the transform button on a mixer does...
it transforms the suck into awesome.
It summons Optimus Prime, and he transforms before your eyes.
Transform switches are used to select an input for a channel. Typically, mixers have specific inputs assignable to a specific channel. So the Line1 or Phono1 input is assignable to Channel 1 using the transform switch, and Line2 or Phono2 input is assignable to Channel 2 with the transform switch. Other mixers like the Denon DNX-1500 allow you to use any input with any channel.
oooooooo ok thanks..... yeah i have switches on my mixer now to go from phono to line so i just got confused when they mentioned a 'transform' button
turns down the suck and turns up the good
