Vocal Quantization tools?

Hey,
Someone knows a good tool for quantization? I need to quantize some vocals and I am having a bad time with that, any help will be very apreciated.

It's built right into Cubase.

For FL users I'd suggest ReCycle.

Melodyne is said to do wonders. I didn`t try it myself tho.
