Sanity Savers

Name something in your life that helps you keep your sanity/makes you smile... ?

Note: excluding sex, trance & house music

House music

Seriously

-first sunlight of the day at some place away from the city
-kids laughing
-a stiff rye and coke
-a good sci fi novel

OK. So that was more than one but eh

how bout when you are having a bad day sometimes it takes just one friends randomness to cheer you up. It could be anything they may say that can just make you smile or even laugh. I know my friends are good for that

sucks though when some of the friends you're closest with and grew up with are 1000+ miles away

I just finished talking about this with other friends tonight. My best friend just moved away last weekend. I cried like a baby saying goodbye and I really would like him to come home now. And it has only been a week. *sigh*

my friend moved away 4-5 years ago... its been a year since ive seen her. We used to cause so much havoc in elementary and highschool. Oddly enough though, the move kinda made us closer, but it still sucks that she's so far away.
